Man Admits To Rape Of Employee At Sub Shop In Area A man has pleaded guilty to the rape of an employee at a Jersey Mike's Sub store. Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh announced the guilty plea on Friday, Nov. 5, by a Paterson New Jersey man which stems from a December 2019 incident. Jonathan Valencia, age 37, a manager at the Clarkstown store sexually abused the victim while an employee, said Chief of Detectives Peter Walker for the Rockland County District Attorney's Office. Man Sentenced For Raping Woman Walking Home From Metro-North Station In Westchester A 24-year-old man who pleaded guilty to following and raping a woman after she left a Metro-North station in Westchester will spend more than a decade behind bars. Carlos Paute of White Plains was sentenced to 14 years in prison, followed by 15 years post-release supervision after pleading guilty to first-degree rape, a violent felony, in December last year. Once he is released, Paute will have to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act guidelines.
