Police have identified two people killed in a crash in Westchester County. The crash took place just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 26 on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Yonkers. Three men were arrested and a loaded handgun was seized after Westchester County Police interrupted an illegal speed contest Monday, Oct. 19, on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Yonkers.
