Pair Face Felony Drug Charges In Taconic Stop A disabled car on the Taconic Parkway led to the arrest of two men for felony drug charges. Fabian B. Barrett, 34, of Uniondale, and Romique A. Meyers, 35, of Saint Albans, were busted Saturday on drug charges after New York State Troopers came upon their disabled car on the parkway near East Fishkill, said Trooper AJ Hicks. While checking on the vehicle, troopers discovered the men were in possession of five ounces of cocaine, and a small quantity of marijuana, Hicks said.
