Video: Suspect Attempted To Break Into Cars Parked In Westchester Driveway Police in Pelham are warning area residents to be on the lookout after a suspicious suspect was caught on camera attempting to enter cars parked in a driveway. Investigators released video of the suspect, who was caught on camera overnight on Monday, Sept. 16. In the video, the man in shorts and a backward hat carrying a bag can be seen checking the door handles of two cars before a security light came on and chased him away.
