Man Hits Roommate In Face With Hammer, Stamford Police Say A man was arrested for attacking his rooming house neighbor with a hammer in the face, breaking bones, according to the Stamford Police. Rocael Perez-Godoy, 36, was arrest around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday after police received a report of an attack at a West Side rooming house on Oak Hill Street, said Sgt. Kenneth Jarrett. When officers arrived on the scene, they found the victim washing his face in the kitchen sink and with several fractured bones in his face, Jarrett said.
