Man Stopped Stealing Beer From Northern Westchester Rite Aid, Police Say A man was caught red-handed attempting to steal beer from a Mount Kisco Rite Aid. Westchester County Police officers were dispatched to Rite Aid on South Moger Avenue at 2:45 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 19, where there was a report of a man attempting to steal a 30-pack of beer from the store without paying after he was spotted by an employee. Upon arrival at the scene, police arrested Timoteo Arias, 31, who reported to officers he was homeless, who was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Arias is due back in court later this year to answer the charge.
