The incident took place in Wilton on Friday, May 19 on Ridgefield Road. Wilton police conducted a traffic stop after receiving a report of a vehicle swerving over the double-yellow line and almost hitting oncoming traffic, said Wilton Police Capt. Gregg Phillipson. Report Of Speeding Mercedes Leads To Multiple Charges For South Salem Woman The speeding stop of an erratic, speeding driver in a Mercedes Benz in Fairfield County led to the arrest of a Northern Westchester woman in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said. Numerous Car Burglaries, One Stolen Vehicle Reported In Wilton Car burglars were on the move in Wilton overnight with police reporting numerous burglaries in the northern part of the town. Most the burglaries took place Monday evening on Ridgefield Road, Mountain Road, Millstone Road, and Hickory Hill Road, in the northern part of Wilton, said Wilton Police Lt. Robert Kluk.  Cash, personal items, and a handgun were stolen from the vehicles. Teen Nabbed After Slamming Into Car, Taking Off, Wilton Police Say A teen was grabbed for slamming into the rear of another vehicle in Wilton and then leaving the scene of the crash, according to Wilton Police. The incident took place around 12:28 p.m., April 24 at the intersection of Ridgefield Road and Old Ridgefield Road when 19-year-old Aiden Jaecklein of Wilton hit a guardrail in a Chrysler convertible with Florida plates and then slammed into the back of a Toyota already stopped in traffic, said Lt.
