Man Faces Felony DWI Charge After Crash In Pound Ridge A 37-year-old man faces a felony DWI charge following a crash in which he was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road without a court-ordered ignition interlock device in Northern Westchester, police said. Carlos Venegas of Brewster was arrested after Pound Ridge Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday on Autumn Ridge Road in Pound Ridge, said Chief David Ryan.  Upon arrival, police observed a vehicle about 70 feet down an embankment in the area of the Clarke Preserve.
