Northern Westchester Woman Nabbed For 'Cruelty To Persons' A 19-year-old Northern Westchester woman has been charged with "cruelty to persons" following an investigation in Fairfield County. Ana Maria Rivera, of Mount Kisco, turned herself in to police on Monday, Oct. 23 in New Canaan for an alleged crime that took place in August. Lt. Shotgun Stolen From Unlocked Vehicle In New Canaan Police in one Fairfield County town are concerned after a shotgun was stolen from an unlocked vehicle, just a month after four firearms were stolen from another vehicle. The shotgun was stolen from an unlocked vehicle during the early morning hours of Jan. 12, on Wydendown Road, in New Canaan, said Lt. Jason Ferraro.
