Suspected Bank Robber Nabbed By Stamford Police Working on a tip, Stamford Police staked out a drug rehabilitation facility on Main Street and ended up catching a man wanted for a West Hartford bank robbery, according to Stamford Police. Sgt. Chris Broems along with several investigators working in conjunction with a West Hartford detective was able to locate Robert Boulay, 36, of New Britain, at the Liberation House, a drug rehabilitation clinic on Main Street, said Capt.
