Stamford Police Intercept Heroin Delivery At Local McDonald's Police busted a man with 102 bags of heroin after receiving intel that he would be delivering the drugs to a Stamford fast-food restaurant. Juan Torres Jr., 26, of Bridgeport, was scooped up by agents from the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit around 12:40 p.m. Thursday after receiving a tip he would be delivering heroin at the McDonald's on East Main Street, said Capt. Stamford Duo Nabbed In PCP Drug Bust Two Stamford men were nabbed with PCP after officers with the Narcotics and Organized Crime unit received intel about illegal drug sales out of the back of a vehicle, according to Stamford Police. Michael C. Bell, 49, and Christopher E. Jones, 34, were busted around 1 a.m. Saturday after the unit received a tip the two men were selling drugs from a tan Nissan in the parking lot on Stillwater Avenue, said Capt. Richard Conklin.
