Rye Native Dr. Louis Barton Was A True Scholar Longtime Westchester resident Dr. Louis Wyatt Gunn Barton died in late August at Little Farm, his home of 40 years in Ocie, MO.  Dr. Barton, age 72, was a lifelong student with prodigious academic successes. He was top student and class president at George School, and he graduated magna cum laude from Yale. He studied for masters degrees at Harvard and MIT and earned a doctoral degree in Software Engineering from Oxford University in England.  During his Oxford years, he suffered from ill health and did most of his studying at his home in Ocie. Community Remembers Whole Foods Worker, 24, Killed In Westchester Crash As a memorial grows to pay tribute to a 24-year-old mother and aspiring rapper killed in a crash in Westchester, friends are attempting to raise funds for her child. Emajee Jones, of Yonkers, died following the crash on Saturday, April 27, when the car she was driving hit a concrete barrier on Trinity Street, police said. Passengers, including Jones' 3-year-old daughter, another child and a friend were not hurt. At the crash site, candles in the form of an E have been placed to honor Jones as " loving, caring, full of excitement, and a colorful personality," they said on a GoFundMe post. …
