Parking Enforcement Officer Hit By Vehicle In Westchester A parking enforcement officer struck by a vehicle while he was waiting to cross a roadway in Tarrytown received minor injuries. The incident took place around 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at Broadway (Route 9) and Main St., when the officer was "clipped" by a vehicle, said Tarrytown Police Lt. Greg Budnar.  The officer, who received leg injuries, was transported to Westchester Medical Center for evaluation, he said. The accident is under investigation. No tickets or summons were issued.
