Passenger Nabbed With Heroin In Putnam Stop After Suspicious Vehicle Report A 28-year-old Putnam man was nabbed with heroin after deputies received a report of a suspicious vehicle, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Deputies discovered Maher I. Jamal of Putnam Valley after receiving the call around 11:01 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 11, for a suspicious vehicle in the area of Bonie Wood Drive in the Town of Putnam Valley, said Capt. Lisa Ortolano. Deputies Brian Neary, Kevin Radovich, and Keith Simone arrived on location and located the vehicle.
