The retailer of women's career clothing and accessories left the mall in December when it occupied a space on the lower level across from Victoria's Secret. Employee Stole More Than $1K From Jefferson Valley Mall Store, Police Say An H&M employee at the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights was busted after allegedly stealing more than $1,000 from his employer. Investigators from the Yorktown Police Department were alerted on Aug. 20 from H&M that an employee had been making fraudulent return transactions and placing the money on gift cards without authorization.
