Peter Vetere, 47, of Brewster, and Carrie Walencik, of Danbury, Connecticut, were arrested by Yorktown Police on Friday, April 10, after receiving a theft complaint from the Lowe's in Yorktown, said Yorktown Police. Investigators arrested Bronx resident Juana Paulino on Tuesday, Feb 6, following an investigation into the theft of the allegedly stolen funds, which were taken from a business that employed her on East Main Street.
