Woman Charged With Prostitution At Hudson Valley Business A 49-year-old woman was arrested on prostitution charges on Tuesday by East Fishkill police at a business in the Taconic Plaza off Route 52 in Hopewell Junction.Police said they investigated illegal activity at the Unique Beauty Spa. East Fishkill detectives assisted by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force arrested Wai Yee Chu of New York City.  Chu was arrested after providing a massage and offering to perform a sex act on an undercover officer.
