Woman Nabbed For DUI After Crossing Over Double-Yellow Line In New Canaan, Police Say A Fairfield County woman was nabbed for DUI after swerving on the roadway and crossing a double-yellow line. Elizabeth Urstadt, age 39,  was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 30, after officers in New Canaan responded to a report of a vehicle swerving on the roadway in the area of New Norwalk Road and Old Norwalk Road, police said. Witnesses provided a registration for the vehicle was and officers later located the vehicle in the driveway of the address shown on the registration, New Canaan PD Lieutenant Jason Ferraro said.
