Search For Suspect Underway After Shooting In Westchester
Police are on the hunt for the person who shot a 27-year-old Westchester County man. The shooting took place around on Alder Street in Yonkers, between Elm Street and Spruce Street, at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday, said Yonkers Police Sgt. Dean Politopoulos. The victim was found shot in the back with what Politopoulos said were non-life-threatening injuries. "The case is currently under investigation," said Politopoulos said.
