Mary Francis Clark, 80, Teaneck Resident
TEANECK, N.J. -- Mary Francis Clark, of Teaneck, died on Monday, Feb. 27. She was 80.
She is survived by her children, Larry Clark, and Vernon Clark and his wife Gweneth; daughter-in-law Suzy; grandchildren Rebecca Ashley and Jarrod Clark; and many family members and friends.
Clark was preceded by her husband, Rudolph Clark, and her son, Shawn Clark.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., in Teaneck. The memorial service will be from 11 a.m. on Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 315 W. Palisade Ave., in Englewood.
Mary Scelzo, 100, Lodi Resident
LODI, N.J. -- Mary Scelzo, of Lodi, died on Tuesday, Feb. 28. She was 100.
She was "loved like a mother by her nieces Angela Nielsen-Gugliotta of Saddle Brook and Louise Savage of Harrington Park and their respective husbands, Richard and Scott," information from the funeral home noted.
Scelzo is also survived by six great-nieces and -nephews and one great-great-nephew. She was preceded by her siblings, Virginia Nielsen, Angelo Scelzo and Joey Scelzo.

Helen Check, 95, Lodi Resident
LODI, N.J. -- Helen Check, of Lodi, died on Monday, Feb. 27. She was 95.
An Army veteran of World War II, serving from 1943-1946, she was a former member of VFW Memorial Post 4591 in Hasbrouck Heights. Before she retired, she was a stock room clerk at Aeronautical Instruments, in Lodi.
She is survived by her children, Paul Check, Diane Martin and her husband Michael, and Marian Wester and her husband Henry; sisters Elizabeth Mancario and Irene Rado; grandchildren Veronica, Jonathan, and Keith and his wife Sheena; and four great -granddaughters.

Di Noto Charles, 74, Lifetime Rutherford Resident
RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Charles DiNoto, of Rutherford, died on Monday, Feb. 27. He was 74.
Born in Jersey City, he moved to Rutherford as a boy and lived there the rest of his life. He ran DiNoto Fuel Oil Heating and Plumbing for over 25 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time down the shore.
DiNoto was a past exalted ruler of Rutherford Elks Lodge 547, a member of the JCs and Unico, and a Rutherford volunteer fireman.
He is survived by his children, Carla Picheo and her husband Bart, and Melissa Runge and her husband Greg; grandchildren Angela, Ava and Valentina; and sister Carol Mazzeo …
Joseph M. Mellone, 87, Hackensack Resident
HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Joseph M. Mellone, of Hackensack, died on Monday, Feb. 27. He was 87.
Mellone was an engineer for Azzolina and Feury in Paramus for many years, before he retired. He was a past director of the Hackensack Housing Authority, and a member of the Hackensack Chapter of Unico National, Maywood Knights of Columbus No. 3426 and Hackensack Troast Athletic Club.
He was also a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church, in Hackensack, past president of the St. Francis Usher's Society, and a member of the St. Francis Holy Name Society and St. Francis Socialites.

Ellen R. Cameron, 67, Hillsdale Resident
HILLSDALE, N.J. -- Ellen R. Cameron, of Hillsdale, died on Monday, Feb. 27. She was 67.
Born in Manhattan, Cameron was the second of eight children. She was an active member of Church of the Presentation, in Upper Saddle River. She earned a third-degree black belt -- the title rank of sandan -- in the martial arts style of Heiho Shin Do at Faustini's Institute of Martial Arts and Fitness, in Oradell.
"Ellen loved to bake and was known to all of her friends, near and far, for her incredible cheesecake," her family noted.
