Walden Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of A Child Under 13 WALDEN, N.Y. – A Walden man is facing charges of predatory sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, according to New York Sate Police. Alton Royal, 53, was arrested and arraigned on the felony charges on Thursday, Troopers said. Royal was remanded to Orange County Jail without bail. This was a joint investigation between the Troop F Orange County Child Abuse Unit, which is comprised of members from the State Police, Orange County Sherriff’s Office, Port Jervis Police Department and the Goshen Police Department, the Orange County CPS and state police investigators from NYC.

Port Jervis Parolee Charged With Selling Crack, Heroin PORT JERVIS, N.Y. – A Port Jervis man is accused of selling crack and heroin after an undercover investigation prompted the search of his North Street home on Friday, authorities said. Cuccolo, 48, Middletown Resident MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – Denise Gail Cuccolo, devoted wife , mother and sister, died following a battle with cancer on Tuesday, Oct. 31, at her home, with her family at her side. Newburgh Man Sentenced To 16 Years For Fatal Shooting NEWBURGH, N.Y. – A Newburgh man will spend the next 16 years in prison for shooting another man in the back and killing him, according to the Times Herald-Record. Fabian Corley, 25, was sentenced on Thursday after pleading guilty to manslaughter charges in August. Corley admitted to just completing a drug sale back in March when Hubert Hines, 31, began to approach with a BB Gun. Two Members Of Monroe's Police Force Promoted MONROE, N.Y. – Two members of the Monroe Police Department were promoted on Monday. Detective Patrick Tenaglia was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Warwick Teen Pleads Not Guilty To Painting Ant-Semitic Graffiti WARWICK, N.Y. – A Warwick teen pleaded not guilty to a hate crime charge stemming from anti-Semitic graffiti found at a local Jewish cemetery, according to the Times Herald-Record.
