The candidates for School Board Trustee are incumbents Mark Lipton and Peter Treyz and challengers Richard Stone and Jeff Holbrook. Trustees serve three-year terms.

The KLSD proposed budget falls below the allowable tax levy cap, yet the Board has found ways to offer students new programs while continuing implementation of current ones.

In addition to the proposed budget, Proposition 2 will appear on the ballot to seek voters' approval for the purchase of 12 school buses and one wheelchair accessible van.

All registered voters in Westchester County who live in the KLSD are eligible to vote in the election. Voting will take place between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. at the district’s four elementary schools: Increase MillerKatonah, Lewisboro and Meadow Pond.
