Caggiano, bishop of Bridgeport, will deliver the commencement address at Sacred Heart University’s 51st undergraduate commencement exercises on Sunday, May 14, at 10 a.m. Caggiano will receive an honorary Doctor of Theology degree. The University’s Graduate Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 13, at 10 a.m. Both ceremonies will be at the Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport.

Students Rally To Build Schoolyard Habitat At Danbury Middle School DANBURY, Conn. — Students in Westside Middle School Academy's 8th grade STEM program are seeking community support to build an outdoor classroom and bird sanctuary as its final capstone project. The students have set up a GoFundMe page to support their initiative and have set a fundraising goal of $1,500. Click here for the GoFundMe page. The classroom will help students connect with nature and find ecological issues within the community. They will also seek ways to fix the issues.
