Harrison School Events This Week

HARRISON, N.Y. – School is back in session for Harrison students as the doors for all six schools open Tuesday. There are several events and activities planned for the first week of school.

High School seniors who plan to drive to school must attend a 2:40 p.m. meeting at the Harrison Performing Arts Center Tuesday to receive their parking passes. A statement from the school said, “Parking passes will not be issued to students who do not attend the meeting.”

All Harrison High School faculty and students, except for seniors, will have their photos taken Wednesday and Thursday.

Kindergartners will be on early dismissal throughout the week with their first full day taking place Sept. 25.

There will be a "Back to School Barbeque" at Harrison Avenue Elementary School from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday.

A PTA staff “Welcome Back Breakfast” will take place from 7:15-9 a.m. Friday at Harrison High School. There will be a PTA "Newcomer’s Breakfast" from 9-11 a.m. Thursday at Purchase Elementary School.
