Can’t Lose Diet owner Pat Hall related the story of a client who passed on a mouth-watering cake at a recent engagement party. The temptation sparked inspiration.

Hall’s client sliced up two apples and sprinkled them with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, two packets of stevia (a natural sweetener) and a quarter cup of water.
