Ramp Between I-87, Parkway To Close For 3 Weeks In Westchester Motorists in Westchester are being warned of a closure that will block access to a ramp between Interstate 87 and a busy parkway for three weeks.  The ramp between I-87 to Exit 8A (northbound Saw Mill River Parkway) in the village of Elmsford will be closed beginning on Monday, Nov. 27 at 10 a.m., the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The ramp will not reopen until Friday, Dec. 15 at 4 p.m., officials said. The closure is to allow for ramp maintenance. Affected travelers should use the posted detour to Route 119 as an alternate route.
