Saw Mill Parkway Stretch Reopens After Crash

A section of the Saw Mill Parkway has reopened after a serious crash caused its closure for hours in Northern Westchester.

The crash, on the southbound side, happened near Exit 42 (Route 117) in Bedford on Friday morning, Feb. 7.

The roadway reopened around 9:30 a.m.

During the closure, traffic was detoured off at Exit 42 to southbound Route 117 to Exit 39back onto the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway.
