The babies were discovered in Dutchess County last month when the state Department of Environmental Conservation responded to the call from the hamlet of Verbank, in the town of Union Vale. Services Scheduled For Dutchess Woman Struck, Killed By After Exiting BMW Services have been scheduled for the lifelong area resident who was struck and killed by a full-size truck after exiting her stopped vehicle on a stretch of Route 82 in Dutchess County earlier this month.
