Putnam Man Arrested On Outstanding Warrant A 28-year-old man has been arrested on an outstanding warrant, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, Honorable Gina Capone authorized and signed a warrant for the arrest of Richard Lennox of Lake Peekskill. The charges include third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (a misdemeanor) as well as two traffic infractions. Sunday, Feb. 10 at around 1:30 p.m., a deputy investigating the warrant visited a residence in the Lake Peekskill area and was able to locate and arrest Lennox.
