Ulster County resident Michael B. Hackett, of Highland, passed away on Monday, Jan. 15. He was born on Sunday, June 7, 1953, in Poughkeepsie, to the late Francis and the late Rita (McGrath) Hackett, according to his obituary.  He was a resident all of his life. Dutchess County Woman Praised As 'Hard-Working' Registered Nurse Dies At Age 42 A Hudson Valley woman who died at the age of 42 is being remembered as a hard-working registered nurse. Dutchess County resident Jennifer Lynn Pinto, of Wappingers Falls, died at her home on Friday, Aug. 26, according to her obituary. She was born in Mount Kisco and graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School in Wappingers Falls. She also graduated with a degree in nursing from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, her obituary said.  "She worked as registered nurse at Wingate at Ulster in Highland," her obituary reads. Ketcham high schools, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 30, at his home in Poughkeepsie. The cause of his death has not been released. Born on April 28, 1988, in Newburgh, to Lawrence and Andrea (Lapidus) Diamond, the math teacher and JV boys basketball coach at Spackenkill and an assistant varsity coach, graduated from Spackenkill High School in 2006 and was part of their state championship baseball team.  He continued his love of playing baseball at Mount St. Mary College where he graduated with his master's …
