New Windsor Woman Airlifted To Hospital After Crash Between Car, Tractor-Trailer A Hudson Valley woman was seriously injured following a crash with a tractor-trailer. The crash took place in Orange County around 11:15 a.m., Thursday, June 1 in the town of Newburgh. At around midnight on Sunday, March 24, the man pictured above in the photo released by Town of Newburgh Police is accused of inappropriately touching an unsuspecting female shopper.
