Driver Arrested For 'Burning Rubber' In BJ's Parking Lot A 20-year-old man was busted for allegedly "burning rubber" and smoking his tires in a parking lot filled with other vehicles and people. Multiple Injuries Reported In Crash At Shopping Plaza In Area Multiple injuries were reported after a five-vehicle crash near the entrance of a busy shopping plaza in Northern Westchester. The crash occurred in Yorktown Heights at around 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20 on Route 202 (Crompond Road) at the intersection to the entrance of the plaza anchored by BJ's Wholesale Club and Staples.
