22-Year-Old Dutchess County Man Involved In 2-Vehicle Hudson Valley Crash A 40-year-old man was injured during a two-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley while allegedly attempting to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone. The crash took place in Ulster County around 7 am.m., Sunday, Aug. 6 in the town of Ulster Park. According to Sgt. Collins Reynolds, of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of 46 Ulster Ave., on Ulster Ave., for a report of a motorcycle versus a vehicle. Dutchess Man Accused Of Menacing 18-Year-Old Woman With Pistol After Crash A 52-year-old man is facing criminal charges after police said he brandished a gun following a car crash in the Hudson Valley. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened June 17 on Route 9D in the village of Cold Spring. According to investigators, an 18-year-old Cold Spring woman was driving south on Route 9D near the Breakneck Tunnel when she passed a vehicle in front of her.
