Probe Launched Into Death Of Danbury Man, 29, Stuck In Conveyer Belt At Area Factory Officials have launched an investigation following the death of a Danbury man who became stuck in a conveyer belt at an area block factory. Daniel Kendrick, 29, was killed about 5:55 p.m., Friday, June 7, after being trapped in a conveyor belt system at New Milford Block and Supply Corporation at 574 Danbury Road, said New Milford Police Lt. Lawrence Ash. The accident remains under investigation by the New Milford Police Department, The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Joshua DaSilva, 17, of New Milford, who went missing while swimming with friends on Monday, May 27, was recovered by the New Milford Police Department and the Newtown Underwater Search and Rescue, said New Milford Police Lt.
