Stolen Vehicle Caught On Taconic State Parkway
A man with a suspended license faces charges after he was allegedly caught driving a stolen vehicle on the Taconic State Parkway in Northern Westchester, police said. The incident happened on Tuesday, March 28, when police in Yorktown were alerted that an alleged stolen vehicle was traveling northbound on the Taconic State Parkway, according to Yorktown Police. Man Faces Felony DWI Charge After Crash In Area
Police arrested a 44-year-old man after he allegedly crashed his vehicle while intoxicated in Northern Westchester. At about 2:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, police responded to the area of 3303 Crompond Road (Route 202) in Yorktown following a report of a crash, according to the Yorktown Police Department. Felony DWI Charge For Carmel Man Driving With Suspended License
New York State Police troopers busted a man from Putnam County for his third DWI during a stop on Route 202 in Somers. Troopers stopped Carmel resident George Gojcaj, 45, at approximately 11:35 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 29, after he made a violation while driving on Route 202. Police said that further investigation determined that Gojcaj was driving while under the influence of alcohol, and with a suspended license. LaGrange Man Faces Felony DWI Charge
A Dutchess County man is back behind bars after being busted by state police for his second DWI. New York State Police troopers stopped LaGrange resident William Boggs on Monday, after he allegedly committed a traffic violation on Firemen's Way. Further investigation found that Boggs, 45, was allegedly driving drunk, with a license that had been revoked for a previous DWI conviction, which was not equipped with a court-ordered interlock device.
