A 22-year-old man has died after being struck by a train outside a business in the region. The Rensselaer County incident happened at around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, in Schodack. Albany County resident Matthew Billetts, age 16, died Monday afternoon, June 13, according to a statement from the Watervliet City School District.
