The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Thursday, Feb. 1, in the City of Poughkeepsie in front of Clinton Elementary School. According to Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, Joseph P. Drug-Dealing Dutchess Duo Nabbed During Search, Police Say Two alleged drug dealers off the streets following a bust by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force in collaboration with local police. The incident -- which took two illegal handguns and narcotics off the streets --  took place in Dutchess County on Thursday, Jan. 4 on Wagon Wheel Road in the town of Hyde Park, said Sgt. Pleasant Valley Town Clerk Stole $27K In Funds, Dutchess DA Says The Pleasant Valley Town Clerk has been charged with grand larceny for stealing funds from the town over a four year time period, according to Dutchess County District Attorney William Grady. Margaret Hart was also charged Monday with two counts of official misconduct, he added.
