Deer Rescued In Area After Snout Gets Stuck In Halloween Bucket For Days A yearling deer with its snout stuck in a Halloween bucket for days was saved thanks to concerned residents and animal control officials. The deer was seen in Putnam Valley by a couple of residents who then called the Putnam County SPCS and state Encon officials who were able to grab the baby and gently work the pumpkin bucket off of its head. Lost Dog Reunited With Owner In Red Hook RED HOOK, N.Y. --- It was a joyous reunion between man and his best friend in Red Hook. A lost dog was reunited with his owner in Red Hook after an overwhelming response to a Facebook post by the Red Hook Police Department.  The dog was found at 79 Hapeman Hill Rd. and the post was shared 1,100 times by 45,184 people.
