Maittia, who’d racked up no fewer than 100 violations,
was using a passenger car EZPass transponder, which shorted the Port Authority by $80 or more each time, Pentangelo said.

“Records show he committed two mismatch violations a day,” he said.

Maittia was charged with theft of services and six counts of toll evasion.
