Second Westchester Vape Shop Cited For Selling To Minors
A second vape shop in Northern Westchester was busted selling nicotine to a minor as local and county law enforcement agencies continue undercover operations in the area. Last week, Westchester County Police sent a minor under the age of 21 into three stores in Cortlandt as part of continued compliance checks to ensure that vape and tobacco shops comply with county laws.
