Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced the takedown of the ring working out of Mount Vernon and the Bronx, which led to the arrests of 11 men on a 68-count indictment. Yonkers Man Charged With Trafficking Millions Of Untaxed Cigarettes A Westchester man was among more than a dozen charged in a 242-count indictment for money laundering as part of an untaxed cigarette trafficking enterprise on the East Coast. Attorney General Barbara Underwood announced the indictment of 17 people for their alleged involvement in the cigarette trafficking ring, which operated on Long Island, Queens, the Bronx and Westchester.
