He was born in Bridgeport, on March 25, 1959, to Lyle E. and Ruth Muthersbaugh Moran. Moran served as environmental health and safety specialist for Sikorsky Aircraft for over 30 years, and was the founder of Kawasaki Motorcycle Owners Association (KZOA). Tuckahoe Man Charged With Cashing Same Check Twice TUCKAHOE, N.Y. – A 21-year old Tuckahoe man was arrested on Thursday after allegedly trying to cash a check twice from two separate businesses, the New York State Police reported. Kevin Moultrie, Jr. was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after cashing a payroll check from Hughes Financial Services in Yonkers that he had already deposited electronically with another business. The loss to Hughes was in excess of $1,000, police said. Moultrie is scheduled to appear at Yonkers City Court on August 18.
