$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley, Including $50K Winner In Westchester
Whoopie, a lucky Hudson Valley player took home $1 million after matching all five numbers in the Powerball game.
The second-prize winning ticket matched the winning numbers 7-11-19-53-68 but not the Powerball of 23, for the Monday, March 25 game, said the New York Lottery.
The ticket was sold at the Smokes 4 Less store on Plank Road in Newburgh, lottery officials said.
There was also one third-prize-winning ticket sold in Westchester County in Ardsley. The winner, who matched four numbers plus the Powerball, took home $50,000, lottery officials added.

The third-prize ticket, worth $50,000, was sold in Peekskill for the drawing on Monday, Oct. 9, the New York Lottery announced.
For those wondering where the ticket was bought, the purchase was made at Beach Wines & Liquors located at 1885 East Main St. (Route 6).
The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were 16, 34, 46, 55, 67, and a Powerball of 14.

A lucky Westchester County resident has claimed a $1,000,000 second-place Powerball Prize.
The New York Lottery announced on Friday, May 5 that Everald Anderson matched the first five Powerball numbers drawn on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022.
The winning numbers were 06-14-16-34-66 with the Powerball number of 25.
Anderson received a single lump sum payment of $651,004 after the required withholdings, the NY Lottery said.
