Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Friday, June 5, State Police from Cortlandt­­ arrested Andrew C. Pesavento, 32, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Hudson Valley Will Get $24.2M In Funding For Transportation Enhancements Citing a desire to improve air quality statewide, the Hudson Valley will receive $24.2 million in new funding for three projects that will support bicycle and pedestrian transportation. New York Gov.
