A 33-year-old man has been charged with allegedly stalking a female student and approaching two others at a Hudson Valley High School. The incident took place in Dutchess County on Tuesday, Sept. 12. Dutchess County resident Gregg Ralph Felice, of Pawling, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 5, at his home in Pawling, according to his obituary. He was born in Mount Kisco and grew up in Cross River.
