Retaining Wall Collapses, Tumbles Into Roadway In Ossining Main Street in Ossining is still closed to traffic following the collapse of a 40- to 50-foot-tall  retaining wall that tumbled into the roadway, bringing part of a business along with it. The incident took place around 7:30 p.m. Monday at 100 Main St., near the heart of downtown Ossining, said the Ossining Police Department. No one was injured during the collapse of the wall located at the split between Main Street, Secor Road, and Hunter Street, police said.
