Man Throws Chair, Chokes Victim In Yorktown Assault, Police Say A man who allegedly threw a chair and choked his victim during a domestic incident has turned himself into police custody in Westchester. Members of the Yorktown Police Department responded to a local home, where there was a report of a domestic dispute that turned physical.
