ID Theft Suspect Stole $900 From Cortlandt Kohl's, Police Say

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State police are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman who is wanted for questioning in connection with the fraudulent use of a credit card.

Police said the woman, described as a 5-foot-6 black female, weighing 130 pounds, and is possibly 20 to 30 years old, with a tattoo on her chest, tried to make fraudulent Kohl’s credit card purchases at the Cortlandt Kohl’s Department Store. 

 The victim, who is from Illinois, reports that someone charged more than $900 on their Kohl’s card in June.
