Christopher L. Albea, 40, of Wappingers Falls, was charged with felony grand larceny. Police said he is suspected of selling the wire to a Dutchess County scrap yard for more than $10,000.
Albea, a 20-year employee at the Buchanan-based facility, is the second worker charged in the case.

Albea was arraigned in the Town of Cortlandt Court Friday and remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. He's scheduled to appear in Buchanan Village Court on Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 4 p.m.
