CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. - Christopher John Joel of Cortlandt Manor died Nov. 22. He was 54.
Joel was born April 11, 1959, in Brooklyn, to William and Marie Joel. He worked as an electrical estimator for Altlas Acon Electric Corp in NYC. He was also a 30 member of Local 3 IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers).
Joel is survived by his wife, Maureen; sons, Christopher and Michael; brother, William (Patricia); niece, Kelsey; and nephew, William.
Calling hours are Monday, Nov. 25 and Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Yorktown Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27 at the Church of the Holy Spirit.
